		<description>Homeowners should be able to get out of Binding Arbitration Agreements if the builder commits gross negligence or fraud.  There needs to be Federal laws that trump arbitration laws when it deals with fraud/concealment/gross negligence.  The homeowner should have the choice to take their case to court or to the Attorney General&#039;s Office.  Arbitration has made my life hell!!  Watch My Money Pit, parts 1-3.</description>
